All positions require a talent for sales and negotiations in a fast-paced team environment with proficiency in computer knowledge. Previous experience as a real estate broker is not required, but a proven and successful sales and/or entrepreneurial record is a must. Managing VP*
Over 10 years' experience, a qualified commission record for three out of five years, a CCIM designation, SIOR requirements satisfied and one additional designation from either NAIOP, IOREBA, ICREW, CPM, CRE, FIABCI or other approved affiliates.

First Vice President*
Over 10 years' experience, a qualified commission record for three out of five years and a designation from either CCIM, SIOR requirements satisfied or an additional designation from either NAIOP, IOREBA, ICREW, CPM, CRE, FIABCI or other approved affiliates.

Second Vice President*
Over 10 years' experience, a qualified commission record for three out of five years, a designation from either CCIM, SIOR requirements satisfied or an additional designation from either NAIOP, IOREBA, ICREW, CPM, CRE, FIABCI or other approved affiliates.

Director
Same as Assistant Director, with 5 years' experience, a qualified commission record for three out of five years, a CCIM designation, and one additional designation from either NAIOP, IOREBA, ICREW, CPM, CRE, FIABCI or other approved affiliates.

Assistant Director
Same as Senior Associate, with 3 plus years' experience, a CCIM designation and a qualified commission record for two out of three years.
