William has been a commercial/industrial real estate salesman for more than 10 years. With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, William was a former president of one of New Jersey’s largest plumbing unions. He presently is a Construction Sub-Code Inspector with certifications in plumbing, HHS and ICS. With this extensive knowledge and experience in the plumbing and construction industry, he brings a solid base and broad understanding for business-related operations and practices for commercial properties.

William was an elected official in local government for 10 years and served as president and vice-president of the town council. He also served on his planning board and many other town committees, increasing his knowledge of master plans and land uses for the development of commercial and residential properties.

William brings to Blau & Berg a proven ability for communication and negotiation as well as the ability to generate fresh ideas and creative solutions for solving difficult problems.
