Robert specializes in commercial investment real estate. His industry knowledge has been enhanced by 30 years of experience in brokerage, appraisal and development and he has been consistently successful in marketing industrial, office and retail projects.

He has skillfully handled projects from the 1,000,000 sq. ft. Singer complex in Elizabeth, NJ, to the 42,700 sq. ft. warehouse of James River Corporation in Metuchen, NJ. Some of his notable clients also include Courtisan Carpets, Victory Van Lines, Baccarat Inc., and Otis Spunkmayer.

A designated member of the respected CCIM Institute, Robert is dedicated to high ethical standards of practice, marketing and advanced technology. He attended Rutgers University, SIOR Courses I and II, and holds a New Jersey real estate broker's license.
