Kenneth F. Crimmins, CCIM, SIOR, is president & CEO of The Blau & Berg Company. In 1990 he was instrumental in the acquisition of The Blau & Berg Company from Primerica/Margaretten and is the major principal of the firm.

Beginning in 1973, Mr. Crimmins has spent his entire real estate career at The Blau & Berg Company, rising through the ranks to his present position. He is one of New Jersey's most prolific brokers, having represented many leading companies as their exclusive agent in acquiring or disposing of properties including:

Mr. Crimmins was the broker in a 230,000 sq. ft. lease that United Parcel Service took for a distribution facility in Totowa, New Jersey, as well as the broker for a lease of 146,529 sq. ft. office distribution facility, Seimens Medical Systems, Inc. in South Middlesex Industrial Park.

Experienced in all phases of real estate negotiations, cost analyses, and landlord/tenant relationships, he specializes in distribution and transportation related terminals in New Jersey and the Northeast.

Mr. Crimmins received a Broker of the Year award from Summit Associates, Inc., a prominent developer. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a distinguished organization of leading industrial and office real estate professionals, investment specialists and corporate real estate executives.

He was the 1996 president of the SIOR New Jersey Chapter. For the years 2000-2001, Mr. Crimmins served as National Director of the SIOR for Region I (consisting of NJ, PA, MD, DE, and DC). He is a member of IOREBA (Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association), and FIABCI (The International Real Estate Federation). Mr. Crimmins has also been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, the professional certification bestowed upon qualifying members of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI), and is thus recognized as a professional specializing in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.

Mr. Crimmins' community service includes membership with the Boonton Township Recreation Committee, the Board of Education and Township Committee, and various charitable committees including fundraising for Riverside Hospital and the New Jersey Network. Mr. Crimmins served in the United States Navy and was awarded the bronze star.
