Jason is First Vice-President of The Blau & Berg Company. He has been a member of The Blau & Berg Company since 1992. As a licensed real estate broker and consultant, Jason has served some of the largest corporations and developers in New Jersey including: Continental Airlines, The Bristol Group, IXC Communication Inc, National Car Rental, River Terminal Development, PNC Bank and Hertz Rental Car. He started within The Blau & Berg Company's marketing/management department and has since received certification as a Certified Commercial Investment Member. CCIM is a recognized organization, which specializes in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, assessment valuations and investment analysis forming a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout the world. The certification is earned upon the completion of a graduate level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience.

A graduate of Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, he continues his education at New York University.

Jason is presently responsible for Landlord/Tenant representation totaling over 2,000,000 sq. ft. with assignments over half a million square feet in and around the Newark Airport area.

Through real estate courses in finance, negotiating, property management and marketing seminars, Jason continues to broaden his real estate expertise using aggressive strategies, cutting-edge technology and market knowledge. His enthusiasm is a great benefit to our company as he continues to create results.
