In 2006, Christian Walsifer joined the Blau & Berg team with a chemical engineering and finance background from Rutgers University. He is also a candidate for Rutgers Graduate School of business where he will pursue a Master’s Degree in Quantitative Finance. Christian has proven to be an independent and aggressive associate with integrity, professionalism and an intuitive instinct for his clients’ business.
Christian is currently a member of the CCIM institute and studying at New York University’s Real Estate program, which is the most comprehensive educational curriculum in commercial real estate today and provides the highest professional certification in commercial investment real estate. While gaining experience in all phases of real estate negotiations, cost analyses, and landlord/tenant relationships, he specializes in the disposition and acquisition of industrial properties and the leasing of warehouse/distribution facilities. As a member of ICSC, Christian also focuses on retail development in New Jersey and the Northeast.
