A graduate of William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Alex immediately joined The Blau & Berg Company in 2003. With his continued education at New York University’s Real Estate program, his current focus has been the sale/lease of warehouse/distribution buildings and manufacturing facilities as well as land development and inner city redevelopment.
Through real estate courses in finance, negotiating, property management and marketing seminars, Alex continues to broaden his real estate expertise using cutting edge-technology. Alex is recognized as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate who can provide invaluable guidance to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user.
Alex’s integrity, enthusiasm, and persistence are a great benefit to our company. While gaining experience in all phases of real estate negotiations, cost analyses, and landlord/tenant relationships, he specializes in industrial properties in New Jersey and the Northeast.
