A veteran broker since 1958, Mr. Blackman has acquired a wealth of experience in the retail market of commercial and industrial properties. He has furthered his knowledge in this trade through graduate courses from Rutgers University, with courses on real estate appraisal, principals and law. His knowledge has been recognized by various local municipalities through testimonies he has given as an expert in the real estate industry.

His memberships with professional organizations are many which include The Middlesex County Board of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Central Jersey Chamber of Commerce, and the Woodbridge Township Industrial Commission.
