Sam's interest in commercial real estate can be traced to his family's involvement in the competitive real estate retail market, where his early exposure to the industry ingrained in him the values of patience, persistence and hard work. These qualities he further developed while working for ten years in the fast-paced entertainment industry as he produced and developed feature films, wrote scripts for made-for-television movies, and managed the construction of sets and numerous visual designs.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Sam sees his broad experience his asset as he concentrates in meeting client needs in the retail real estate business.
